NYSVFP&DTCA:
NYSVFP&DTCA General meeting on Saturday
April 26 at 12 noon at Boght Fire Hall. Board meeting at 10 a.m., Bylaw
changes to be voted on as well as other business to be brought before the
meeting. Committees will meet at the call of their chairpersons.
All area mechanics / inspectors are asked to attend a meeting at Boght on
Saturday April 26th at 10 a.m. All areas are asked to send at least one
representative to the meeting.

Northern DTCA:
Sunday, January 13 at 12:00 noon at the Lowville Fire Hall. Agenda items
will include report on rule changes, dates for 2008 drills and other business to
be brought before the meeting. All tournament hosts for 2008 should be present.
Sunday,
January 13 at 10:30 am at the Lowville Fire Hall. Dues will be collected and
names should be submitted to the Area Rep. for drills and parades for officials.
Sunday, March 30, 2008, at 12:00 noon - Copenhagen Fire Hall - March meeting to vote on merger letters and discuss schedule
NORTHERN NEW YORK PARADE & DRILL OFFICIALS ASSOCIATION spring meeting
will be held on Saturday, May 17, 2008, at 12:00 noon at the West
Carthage Fire Hall. Regular business meeting will be followed by mandatory
annual parade and drill officials training.
NNY DRILL TEAM CAPTAINS truck inspection will be held on Saturday, May
17, 2008, from 9 a.m. through 12 noon at the West Carthage Fire Hall. If
unable to attend, arrangements will have to be made with an area inspector to
have trucks inspected.
NNY Parade & Drill Team Captains Assoc. will be holding their pre-convention meeting on Sunday, April 27, 2008, at 12:00 noon, at the Crown Plaza Hotel, Lake Placid. Final meeting before the drill season. Drawing for running order for each drill will be held.
NORTHERN NEW YORK PARADE & DRILL TEAM CAPTAINS ASSOCIATION will be having a SPECIAL MEETING on Saturday, May 17, 2008, at 11 a.m. at the West Carthage Fire Hall. Teams are requested to have at least one representative present for this meeting.
