Northern NY:
NORTHERN NEW YORK PARADE & DRILL OFFICIALS ASSOCIATION spring meeting will be held on Saturday, May 17, 2008, at 12:00 noon at the West Carthage Fire Hall.  Regular business meeting will be followed by mandatory annual parade and drill officials training. 
NNY DRILL TEAM CAPTAINS truck inspection will be held on Saturday, May 17, 2008, from 9 a.m. through 12 noon at the West Carthage Fire Hall. If unable to attend, arrangements will have to be made with an area inspector to have trucks inspected.
NORTHERN NEW YORK PARADE & DRILL TEAM CAPTAINS ASSOCIATION will be having a SPECIAL MEETING on Saturday, May 17, 2008, at 11 a.m. at the West Carthage Fire Hall.  Teams are requested to have at least one representative present for this meeting.

Nassau Suffolk Junior Director's Association:
Sunday, May 18, at 10:00 AM at Central Islip (Note: change of location). All leg trophies need to be returned.

Nassau County DTCA:
Monday, May 19, 2008 9:00 p.m. Port Washington Fire Dept. 25 Carlton Avenue, Port Washington.
Dinner at 8:00 pm - meeting at 9:00 pm.

Western DTCA:
Wednesday, May 21st at Spencerport Exempts
All yearly trophies to be returned. Vote on State President and Area Rep. Vote on Life Membership
All Applications for drills along with Listed Insurance. Decide what races to be run for the season
Food at 7 p.m. Meeting at 7:30 p.m.

Brookhaven Town DTCA:
May 21 - 8:00 pm at Cutchogue

Nassau County Parade Officials:
May 22nd at Wantagh Station Two, 844 Wantagh Avenue, Levittown.

Suffolk County DTCA:
June 11 (WEDNESDAY) --- Selden – Meeting 9 p.m.
